We had 2 very relaxing days at Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya. The room was large, the Futons were extraordinary comfortable. The food was amazing. The 3 private Onsen rooms are awesome. Thank you. We will come back.
Amazing place with great staff who spoke English. They were able to accomadate my friend’s allergies even though we notified them late and we were highly appreciate of it. The three private baths were wonderful as well.
Lots of amenities and games for children to busy themselves with. From old school Nintendo games in the rooms to board games and golf and more. We however didn’t need to use it as we were our quite often. I suppose if parents are in the Onsen then that would be a great alternative to keeping kids busy.
The private onsen was excellent. The massage facility was a plus. The staff were very helpful. Our stay was beyond expectation.
The location was close to the bus station which was convenient and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The maisonette we booked was very beautiful and the onsen was amazing!
